About Our Client
An established team in the Midlands, focusing on mid-market deals across a variety of sectors with a deal value typically between £5m - £30m. The team can boast over 30 years of M&A experience between their leadership team, now looking to hire a Manager to develop into a future Associate Director.
Job Description
3. Lead and manage end-to-end M&A processes.
4. Conduct financial modelling and valuation analysis to support decision-making.
5. Prepare and present comprehensive pitch decks and recommendations to stakeholders.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration.
7. Identify potential acquisition targets and assess strategic fit.
8. Negotiate terms and agreements with external parties.
9. Provide strategic advice to senior management on M&A opportunities.
The Successful Applicant
10. Have an ACA/ ACCA qualification
11. Proficiency in financial modelling and valuation techniques.
12. Experience in managing complex transactions and negotiations.
13. A proven ability to provide strategic insights and recommendations.
14. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
15. A commitment to maintaining high standards of compliance and ethics
