About The Role
As our Base.com growth continues, we seek a talented Ecommerce Implementation Specialist to support customer onboarding. You will work with top e-commerce brands and retailers in the UK, delivering impactful implementations that elevate their business operations.

Experience
* 3+ years experience implementing Base.com or similar SaaS e-commerce solutions
* Solid understanding of the UK e-commerce landscape and experience working with retailers and brands
* Strong communication and client relationship skills
* Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
* Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
* Fluent in English (minimum B2 level)
Nice to Have
* Knowledge of HTML, CSS, PHP
* Knowledge of ERP systems
* Experience with online store configuration and management
Tasks
* Lead end-to-end implementation projects for clients, ensuring smooth onboarding and integration
* Analyze customer requirements and provide tailored solutions
* Deliver technical demos during onboarding
* Develop project plans, timelines, and roadmaps
* Configure and customize Base.com systems to client needs
* Design solutions to optimize workflows
* Engage with clients to align solutions with business goals
* Evaluate project success against set objectives
* Assist customers with integrating additional tools
* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation
* Participate in industry events and on-site customer implementations
