Your new role
As a Senior Audit Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing audit activities within their organisation. Your responsibilities will include supervising other auditors, ensuring timelypletion of assigned tasks, and maintaining high-quality standards. Here are the key duties and responsibilities:
1. Audit Planning and Execution:
1. Assist in developing the annual audit plan.
2. Execute and schedule audit engagements based on the approved 12-month audit plan.
3. Perform audit work and review the output of subordinates.
4. Handle special projects assigned to your team.
2. Team Supervision:
5. Monitor the activities of other auditors.
6. Ensure objectives are met and tasks arepleted on time.
7. Provide guidance and support to team members.
3. Reporting and Presentations:
8. Generate and present supervisorymittee presentations and reports.
9. Guide themittee in fulfilling their responsibilities effectively.
4. Risk Management andpliance:
10. Contribute to independent assurance by assessing risk management, internal processes, andernance.
11. Safeguardpliance with procedures, regulations, financial reporting, laws, and policies.
12. Assist in maintaining an effective control environment..
What you'll need to succeed
13. A number of years experience auditing for an Accountancy Practice
14. Managing Audit end to end
15. Desire to succeed
16. ACA / ACCA qualified
