And as a Facilities Supervisor with Bellrock, you’ll do it by
* Supervise the Day-to-Day Management of the NLEP Hard Services Contract.
* Manage the Bellrock Supply Chain.
* Participate in a Shift Rota.
* Deliver day-to-day operations, including repair and maintenance etc.. Deliver/execute the Day-to-Day Operations & Maintenance & Reactive Tasks.
* Completion of all Contract Required documentation.
* Supervise all external Subcontractors.
* Carryout all Contracted PPM attributed to the LiftCo Team.
* Participate in an Out of Hours Call Rota.
* Manage assigned Tasks on Concerto, close all assigned Jobs with Correct Documentation.
* Be Pro Active and raise Jobs if an issue is identified.
* Support Facilities Supervisors with any reasonable tasks.
What does it take?
If you’re ready to be the energy that helps us build our business, share our success, and really own it as a Facilities Supervisor, you’ll need
* Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the Healthcare sector.
* Proficient in various maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical work, and general repairs. -
* Excellent Supervisory, organisational and multitasking abilities.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
* Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response procedures.
* Flexibility to work weekends as needed.
Working arrangements
We embrace smarter working practices which offer our employees the opportunity to work their hours flexibly and remotely where their roles and business needs allow. In this role, the successful candidate would be required to work from the site Monday to Friday 08:00 to 16:00pm and 12:00pm to 20:00pm.
