Your new role
1. Analysemercial agreements, including contracts, proposals, and amendments, to ensure accuracy andpliance withpany policies, legal and procurement requirements.
2. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including legal, procurement, and other business teams as appropriate, to produce, review and negotiate requirements, programme and tender documentation, and contract terms, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
3. Evaluate pricing structures, payment terms, and othermercial aspects of contracts to identify opportunities to optimise value and mitigate risks.
4. Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, benchmarks, and best practices related tomercial and contractual matters.
5. Support the preparation of Terms of Reference, PQQ, ITT, and othermercial and project documents, ensuring alignment withpany strategies and customer requirements.
What you'll need to succeed
6. Degree in Business, Finance, or a related field or relevant equivalent qualification.
7. Experience in contract analysis, procurement, or a related role.
8. Knowledge of contract law andmercial terms.
9. Strong negotiation skills
10. An understanding of financial principles and pricing structures
11. Clear and concisemunication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal and external stakeholders effectively.
