Key responsibilities include:
* Overseeing and streamlining order processing, invoicing and payment procedures
* Ensuring the integrity of business records and commercial documentation
* Monitoring credit control and driving effective cash flow management
* Leading procurement and purchase ledger processes at a strategic level
* Managing supplier relationships and strengthening purchase order systems
* Driving improvements in IT, finance and office processes
* Coordinating office management to ensure compliance and efficiency
* Overseeing quality processes
The Person
We are seeking a proven commercial professional with strong financial and operational expertise.

Essential skills and qualifications include:
* Professional accounting qualification (CIMA, ACCA, ACA or equivalent business qualification)
* Significant experience in commercial management or senior finance-related roles
* Strong knowledge of procurement, purchase ledger and credit control processes
* Excellent organisational, analytical and leadership skills
* Ability to oversee systems, streamline processes and lead teams effectively
* Clear communicator, confident in working with senior stakeholders
