Key Responsibilities
As a Chef de Partie, you’ll be responsible for delivering high standards of food preparation and service across a busy kitchen operation:
6. Manage and run your designated kitchen section
7. Prepare and present dishes to consistent quality standards
8. Organise mise en place for efficient service delivery
9. Support junior kitchen staff where required
10. Maintain strict food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
11. Monitor stock, control portions, and reduce waste
12. Work closely with the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth service
