We’re looking for an Administrator who will deliver excellent service standards, while meeting SLA agreements and adhering to administrative schedules. Contract: Permanent. Type: Full Time. Hours: 40. Pay/Salary: from £23,000 to £27,500 per annum. Location: DVSA, Cygnet Way, Off Willowtree Lane, Yeading, Greater London, England, UB4 9BS.
Role Responsibilities
* Provide administrative support across a variety of tasks and systems.
* Act as a central contact for the team, managing calls and communications.
* Raise purchase orders and manage tasks within the CAFM system.
* Support monthly reporting and maintain shared drive documentation.
* Coordinate waste service bookings, fleet car servicing, and PPE / uniform / stationery orders.
* Operate predominantly at Yeading; occasional visits to Tunbridge Wells.
What we’re looking for
* Experience in administration or customer service.
* Strong IT skills, especially with Microsoft Office.
* Ability to prioritise, multitask, and meet deadlines.
* Excellent communication and organisational skills.
* Valid UK driving licence and access to a vehicle.
