HGV Class 2 Delivery Driver
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: 8-hour shifts, Monday to Friday (with weekend work as required)
Duration: 8 weeks – possible extension
Start: ASAP
We’re currently recruiting an experienced Class 2 (Cat C) Delivery Driver to join a busy home delivery team based in Newcraighall, Edinburgh.
You’ll be working alongside a driver’s mate, delivering goods directly to customers’ homes and ensuring excellent service at every stop.
Key Responsibilities:
Safely operate a Class 2 vehicle to complete multi-drop home deliveries
Work closely with a driver’s mate to load, unload, and deliver items
Provide excellent customer service on each delivery
Complete all vehicle checks and delivery paperwork accurately
Requirements:
Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence
CPC and Digital Tachograph Card
Previous home delivery or multi-drop experience preferred
Good communication and teamwork skills
Professional, punctual, and customer-focused attitude
