Arcus FM is looking to recruit a Quality Assurance Advisor for a 1-year FTC. The role involves implementing and improving the Group Integrated Management System, providing assurance, governance, and process improvement to operational and support teams. The advisor will also maintain the internal audit programme.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will assist the Quality Assurance Lead Business Partner in managing certifications, accreditations, and registrations necessary for business support and growth. Key responsibilities include:
* Delivering the Group IMS strategy through audits and engagement
* Building relationships with certification and registration bodies
* Managing information collection for RFIs and timely submissions
* Hosting external audits and resolving audit findings
* Conducting internal audits as per the Audit Programmes
* Building strong stakeholder relationships
* Rebranding documentation and maintaining quality control
* Managing document uploads to company libraries
* Supporting HSQE objectives and strategy with the Quality Assurance Manager
* Staying updated with legislation, best practices, and CPD
* Driving continual process improvements within teams
* Developing workflows and process documentation
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience in auditing, quality management, investigations, and data management. Knowledge of the wider HSEQ environment is advantageous. Additional requirements include:
* Knowledge of ISO standards, especially ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015, ISO 45001:2018, ISO 22301:2019, ISO 27001:2022 (desirable)
* Recognised auditing qualification (e.g., IRCA, BSI) (desirable)
* Chartered Quality Institute (CQI) membership (desirable)
* Qualification in process improvement (desirable)
* Experience working in a multi-client environment
* Understanding of current HSQE regulations in the UK
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging environment
* Experience with internal and external audits
* Experience creating and maintaining policies and procedures
* Ability to define and influence strategy (desirable)
