Are you an experienced Learning & Development or HR professional with a strong eye for detail and excellent organisational skills? We're working with a high-profile public sector body to recruit a Temporary Organisational Development & Learning Supervisor to support a busy and impactful OD & Learning team. This is a fantastic opportunity to contribute to meaningful staff development initiatives in a complex and fast-paced environment. You'll be coordinating training events, tracking participation, liaising with internal and external stakeholders, and helping ensure learning compliance across the organisation. What you'll be doing: Coordinating and scheduling internal and external training, workshops, and eLearning modules Maintaining accurate training records and completion data Preparing learning materials and supporting trainers (internal and external) Monitoring mandatory training completions across digital platforms Producing reports and dashboards to track engagement and compliance Managing the OD & Learning team's shared mailbox and responding to queries Supporting procurement and invoice processing for training suppliers Assisting with the evaluation and continuous improvement of training offerings What you'll need: You'll need to meet one of the following criteria: Option 1: A degree (2:2 or above in any subject) and at least 2 years' experience in: Admin or coordination role (ideally in L&D or HR) Communicating clearly and professionally with a wide range of stakeholders Building and maintaining effective internal/external relationships Confidently using Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and systems such as LMS, iTrent or SharePoint OR Option 2: At least 4 years' experience covering the same points above.
