Internal Warehousing Operations Team LeaderAgratas are seeking an experienced Internal Warehousing Team Leader to support the delivery of one of the largest ever investments in the UK automotive sector and will play a pivotal role in overseeing the efficient receipt, storage, retrieval, and supply of materials within our warehouse, ensuring seamless operations to support manufacturing and customer fulfillmentThis position requires strategic thinking, operational expertise, and strong leadership to drive success in our warehousing operations.Key Duties & Responsibilities-Oversee receipt of inbound materials, ensuring adherence to quality and quantity specifications.-Efficiently store materials in designated locations within the warehouse, implementing proper inventory management practices.-Retrieve materials from storage and feed them to the manufacturing line as per the production schedule.-Optimize warehouse space utilization and implement safety measures for hazard-free operations.-Manage the stringing and retrieving of outbound finished goods, ensuring accurate order processing and timely deliveries-Supervise and manage resources engaged in handling warehouse operations.Essential Experience-Experience with identifying potential risks in internal warehousing operations, such as material delays, and the ability to develop strategies to mitigate these risks.-Progressive experience in warehousing operations, logistics, and customs management.-Proficiency in supply chain management software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.If all or most of the above sounds like yourself, we’d love to hear from you!
