Your responsibilities will include leading a team of senior IT professionals across multiple countries, leading vendor relationships, ensuring regulatory compliance, and supervising the IT budget for sourcing operations. Essential Skills/Experience: Proven ability to act as a technology Inspiring Leader and drive technology new ideas/concepts into the business. Experience running a global IT organization with proven ability to influence Senior Leaders and the direction of the business. Implementing global systems/processes and business change. Ability to align IT strategies with business objectives and deliver innovative technology solutions that drive competitive advantage to aligned business units. Experience of delivering multiple parallel sophisticated IT programmes. Hands-on IT systems delivery & support models following Std. SDLC & ITIL with deep understanding of IT delivery critical metrics. Cross-cultural people management and employee engagement. Experience of working in agile teams using SCRUM methodologies. Adept at Talent & Attrition Management with effective succession planning. Desirable Skills/Experience: 18 to 20 years of proven experience with strong IT business partnering and leadership. Strong knowledge of IT systems involved in supporting manufacturing & engineering processes. Previous experience controlling IT project budgets up to $30M. Experience working in a global organization where partners and develop team members are geographically dispersed. Pharma or healthcare domain exposure.
