As a Home Care Assistant, you'll support older adults in Harlow and Roydon, helping them stay safe, independent, and comfortable in their own homes and build genuine relationships along the way.
No two days are the same, but your visits will always focus on care, dignity, and connection. Help with personal care like washing, dressing, and toileting
Prepare light meals and assist with hydration and nutrition
Provide friendly companionship, conversation, or a walk in the garden
Carry out light housekeeping to keep their home safe and tidy
