We are looking for an Electronics Test Engineer to join a high-quality electronics manufacturing environment for a client of ours in Southend On Sea.
Key Duties
* Functional testing of board-level audio products
* Fault finding and repair down to component level
* Rework of single-sided and multi-layer PTH PCBs (through‑hole & SMT)
* Creation and maintenance of test procedures with Design
* Technical support for test and production teams
* Providing clear technical feedback on PCB assemblies (90%+ fault‑free target)
Key Attributes
* Strong PCB fault‑finding, testing and rework experience – 3+ years ideal
* Ability to read schematics and understand analogue & digital circuits
* Good organisation and time management
* A high standard of accuracy and attention to detail
