Your new role
My client is seeking a highly organised and customer focused Customer Service Coordinator to join their team. This role requires strong administrative skills and attention to detail, with a key focus on sales order processing, scheduling engineers, and handling customer payments. The ideal candidate will be confident in building rapport with customers and internal teams, ensuring a smooth and professional service experience.
1. Accurately process customer orders and maintain records using internal systems.
2. Take payments over the phone securely and in line withpany procedures.
3. Schedule service and installation appointments for engineers
4. Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email, providing timely and helpful support.
5. Liaise with internal departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
6. Maintain detailed documentation and ensure data accuracy across all customer interactions.
7. Build strong relationships with customers, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
8. Support the wider customer service team with administrative tasks and ad hoc duties
What you'll need to succeed
9. Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role
10. Strongmunication skills
11. Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities.
12. Confident in handling payments and working with CRM/ERP systems.
13. Ability to multitask and prioritise in a fast paced environment
14. A proactive, team oriented approach
15. Previous experience in sales order processing is desirable.
