Please note that the + £3.00 p/h unsocial premium is only added on any hours worked between 22:00-06:00.
Purpose

Key Accountabilities
* Serve customers efficiently and brilliantly on the shop floor and at service points
* Deliver ‘best in town’ standards through presentation, availability and store cleanliness
* Skill to utilise all digital tools and communication channels
* Share customer and colleague feedback to improve the store
* Share knowledge and experience with colleagues to support skill development
* Own learning & development and access digital learning solutions
* Know daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Have great product knowledge to recommend products and services
* Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and make recommendations
* Understand store priorities and contribution
* Complete tasks with pace and SOP compliance
* Minimise cost and waste through good process practice
* Follow safe and legal working practices

* Good level of digital capability and use of digital tools and applications
* Understand customer needs and spot selling opportunities
