We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Development Manager in our digital advertising team!
Working on a hybrid basis, this consultative sales role involves showcasing our digital advertising and marketing solutions best suited to each customer’s needs.
Key Responsibilities
Ideally, you will be based within the South West London region, and it is preferred that you have a solid understanding of digital marketing products such as paid social, Google Ads, content marketing, digital display, video, and websites.
Coming from an industry background is advantageous but not essential. You will understand your customer’s needs through effective questioning and listening, and be able to present the best solutions to ensure great response and traction for each campaign.
This is a new business development role, with access to our active customer base and opportunities to reach out to lapsed clients. You will also maintain and grow existing accounts utilizing our solutions. The focus is on creating great campaigns, retaining customers, winning new business, and increasing digital revenues.
You must drive and have access to your own car.

* Business-to-Business sales via telephone, video, and face-to-face meetings to prospective clients
* Selling digitally-led solutions tailored to customer needs through effective questioning and information gathering
* Conducting research into customers’ business or industry verticals
* Selling and maximizing marketing spend from a category or territory by sourcing new and lapsed business
* Developing multimedia-led revenues through self-generated calls, using reports, case studies, and lead lists
* Maintaining high standards of customer relations, service, and goodwill
* Growing customer base through territory and competitor management
* Sourcing new business opportunities from multiple sources
* Achieving KPIs related to calls, conversations, and conversions
