How You’ll Play Your Part
You will combine sharp business insight, a forward‑thinking mindset and a highly collaborative approach. As a skilled communicator, you’ll build and maintain credible working relationships, using them to influence and support senior leaders in translating organisational goals into impactful people strategies.
As a trusted advisor and coach, you’ll empower managers and leaders to cultivate high‑performing teams, navigate complex people challenges and foster a thriving workplace culture in partnership with the wider HR team.
A CIPD qualification and strong knowledge of the UK employment market and legislation are essential. You should also stay informed of relevant HR trends and contribute to the continuous development of our employee value proposition.
You must adhere to ethical standards in accordance with Mercedes‑Benz AG Policies and the Company's Compliance Guidelines, including Anti‑Bribery and competition law.
