Right now, we’re looking for a new colleague to join our Operations Team in the position of Specialist, Country Operations (Maternity Cover).
This position plays a critical role in managing delivery operations and in building and maintaining good operational relationships with end customers who entrust us with their supply chain management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Track estimated times of arrival and coordinate deliveries with LCL haulier
* Monitor new delivery bookings and confirm truck allocations with warehouses
* Perform daily schedule checks, allocate shipments, and update delivery status for both FCL and LCL
* Manage urgent re‑bookings and resolve any issues quickly
* Address carton and purchase‑order discrepancies as they arise
* Prepare and issue quotations
* Send clearance instructions to the customs team
* Approve invoices and ensure all shipments are billed back to the customer
* Monitoring costs, reporting/administrative work
What we are looking for:
* Previous work experience preferably in international supply chain management
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong MS Excel skills
* Previous experience in coordinating and organizing logistic processes as an asset
* Priority setting and sharp planning skills
* Customer-friendly and result-oriented person
* Fluency in English is required
