Key Responsibilities
* Manage a varied caseload of family law matters, including Private Law Children, divorce, and associated financial remedy cases.
* Conduct your own advocacy in court proceedings where appropriate.
* Promote the firm through LinkedIn, social media, networking, and other business development initiatives.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications
* Demonstrable expertise in Private Law Children, divorce, and financial remedy matters.
* Proven experience conducting your own advocacy.
* Family Mediation accreditation, including the ability to conduct MIAMs (desirable).
