Our client, a specialist in damp, timber, and waterproofing solutions, is currently seeking a Damp and Timber Surveyor to join their team, based near Croydon. With a strong reputation for delivering expert surveying and remedial services, the company works across a wide range of residential and commercial projects.

Damp and Timber Surveyor - Benefits:
* Salary: £30,000 - £50,000 (DOE)

Damp and Timber Surveyor - Role Overview:
* Carry out damp, timber, and waterproofing surveys across residential and commercial properties
* Diagnose issues and recommend appropriate remedial works
* Prepare detailed survey reports and specifications
* Liaise with clients, contractors, and colleagues to ensure effective communication and service delivery
* Provide technical advice and support to clients throughout the project lifecycle
* Travel to sites as required - Kent, South East London & Surrey
Damp and Timber Surveyor - Requirements:
* Previous experience in damp and timber surveying (preferred) or a related construction discipline
* Relevant qualifications or certifications (desirable; training can be provided)
* Strong attention to detail and excellent report-writing skills
* Good communication and client-facing abilities
* Full UK driving licence
* Self-motivated, organised, and keen to develop professionally
