Are you a Senior Fire Engineer looking to take ownership of your own projects, lead from the front, and make a measurable impact across some of the UK's most recognisable developments?
As a Senior Fire Engineer, you will report directly to the Head of Fire Engineering, delivering consultancy services and managing your own client portfolio from concept to completion. You'll represent the business at design team meetings, liaise with approval authorities, and ensure each project meets the highest standards of safety, compliance, and innovation.
The role of Senior Fire Engineer
Leading the delivery of Fire Engineering consultancy services, project managing fire strategies, and providing sustainable fire design solutions across a diverse range of projects. You will take a hands-on approach to design, mentoring others and driving innovation across the wider group.
As a Senior Fire Engineer, you'll take the lead on fire strategy development, smoke modelling, evacuation analysis, and fire safety design reviews. You'll also play a key role in supporting façade fire safety work, including EWS1 and FRAEW assessments.

Deliver high-quality Fire Engineering consultancy services to clients across the built environment.
Manage projects from inception through to delivery, ensuring compliance with the latest fire safety regulations and standards.
Attend and lead design meetings, representing the consultancy and advising design teams on innovative, compliant fire strategies.
Provide technical input into EWS1 and FRAEW assessments.
Conduct site inspections and prepare detailed technical reports with clear, practical recommendations.
Mentor and support junior engineers, contributing to internal CPDs and promoting knowledge sharing across the business.
Drive innovation and best practice within the Fire Engineering discipline.About You
Degree qualified in Fire Engineering (or similar discipline).
Minimum 5 years' experience in a Fire Engineering consultancy role.
Strong understanding of fire safety legislation, building regulations, and design guidance.
Confident communicator with proven client-facing experience.
Capable of independently managing multiple projects.What's on Offer:
