EMPLOYMENT SOLICITOR - DURHAM

* Advising both employers and employees on a wide range of contentious and non-contentious employment law matters
* Drafting and reviewing employment contracts, policies, and other documentation
* Providing ongoing support and advice to clients through the firm's smart HR retainer service
* Assisting clients with disciplinary and grievance procedures, redundancies, and employment tribunal claims
* Supporting corporate teams on employment-related aspects of transactions (experience in corporate support is advantageous but not essential)
* Working alongside senior lawyers and partners on complex advisory matters and legal research
* Building strong client relationships and delivering excellent client service
* Participating in business development activities
* Maintaining CPD requirements through ongoing training and professional development
Candidate Profile
* Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 6 years' PQE with experience in employment law
* Completion of at least one seat in employment law or demonstrable relevant experience
* Commercially aware with strong interpersonal and communication skills
* A proactive and motivated approach with a genuine interest in developing a career in employment law
* Strong academic background and excellent attention to detail
* Ability to manage a varied caseload and meet deadlines effectively
