Employ creative and effective teaching methods to motivate and inspire students from diverse backgrounds. Maintain high standards of health and safety within the Food Technology department. Play a key role in the development and implementation of departmental initiatives. Contribute to the wider life of the academy, fostering a positive and collaborative school environment. About You: You possess Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in Food Technology or a closely related subject. You have a proven track record of delivering successful Food Technology lessons, with a demonstrable ability to raise student attainment. You are an enthusiastic and passionate educator with a strong commitment to student development. You possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering a supportive and inclusive learning environment. You demonstrate a high level of organization and planning, with the ability to manage a busy workload effectively.
