Role Description
This is a full-time on-site position located in Bath for a Sous Chef. The Sous Chef will assist in leading the kitchen team, preparing high-quality dishes, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities include maintaining the highest standards of food preparation and presentation, supporting menu development, overseeing food safety and hygiene, mentoring junior chefs, and providing support to the Executive Head Chef in managing the kitchen.

* Proven skills in culinary techniques, food preparation, and creating high-quality dishes
* Experience in menu planning, recipe development, and kitchen organization
* Thorough understanding of food safety standards and hygiene regulations
