We’re looking for a talented and enthusiastic Bar Host to join our team, someone who combines a love of mixology with a genuine passion for hospitality. In this role, you’ll create thoughtful, beautifully crafted drinks while delivering a relaxed yet refined guest experience. Working closely with our Food & Beverage team, you’ll help bring our values to life through sustainable, seasonal ingredients and exceptional service.
Responsibilities and Duties:

Prepare and serve a range of drinks, from local wines to seasonal cocktails
*
Use fresh, locally sourced ingredients, including herbs and produce from our gardens
*
Deliver consistent, professional, and friendly service across all bar areas
*
Maintain a clean, organised, and well-stocked bar
*
Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere for guests and team members
*
Support the wider Food & Beverage team as required
Qualifications:
*
Previous experience in mixology, bartending, or hospitality is desirable
*
Knowledge of wines, spirits, and cocktails preferred (training provided for the right candidate)
