Job Description
As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will:
* Provide 1:1 and small‑group support for pupils with a range of additional needs.
* Assist across EYFS, KS1 and KS2, adapting support to different developmental stages.
* Support behaviour regulation, communication needs and emotional well‑being.
* Work alongside teachers, SENCo and external specialists to deliver personalised learning plans.
* Help maintain a positive, safe and inclusive classroom environment.

The Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
* Experienced supporting children with SEND (including Autism, SEMH, cognition & learning or communication needs).
* Patient, nurturing and proactive in meeting children’s needs.
* Adaptable across different age groups and learning styles.
* Skilled at building trusting relationships with pupils and staff.
* Passionate about promoting independence and emotional resilience.
