Jaguar Espresso are the exclusive distributor of Eureka Coffee Grinders in the UK. Since 1920, Eureka has been a leading company in the design and production of coffee grinders and are globally recognised for their quality, innovation and modern style.
The Role
We are seeking an accomplished and commercially driven Head of Sales to lead the Eureka Coffee Grinders UK sales strategy and execution. This is a senior leadership role responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding market share, and shaping the long-term commercial success of Eureka’s premium coffee grinders in the UK market.
As the Head of Sales, you will build and manage key customer relationships, identify strategic growth opportunities, and lead with a clear focus on performance, partnerships, and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute a national sales strategy aligned with business growth objectives, market dynamics, and brand positioning.
* Lead and grow key account relationships across distributors, roasters, wholesalers and online retailers. Ensuring long-term partnership value.
* Identify, negotiate, and secure new business opportunities, leveraging industry insight and commercial acumen to penetrate new opportunities.
* Represent the brand at a senior level within the UK coffee industry, including at trade events, conferences, and high-level partner meetings.
* Provide strategic input to product positioning, pricing strategy, and marketing initiatives to drive customer engagement and competitive advantage.
* Collaborate with the wider sales and marketing team as the business scales, fostering a results-driven, customer-centric culture. Ensuring all colleagues are up to date and aligned with the Eureka Coffee Grinder strategy.
* Own the sales pipeline and forecasting process, delivering accurate projections and reporting to the leadership team.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, marketing, and support teams to ensure service excellence and brand consistency.
Skills and Experience
* Extensive experience in a senior B2B sales or commercial leadership role within the coffee, foodservice, equipment, or hospitality sectors.
* A proven track record of driving revenue growth, managing key accounts, and opening new market channels.
* Strong commercial and strategic thinking, with the ability to translate insight into action and opportunity.
* Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills at both operational and board levels.
* Proficiency in CRM systems, data analysis, and sales performance tools.
* A solid understanding of technical product sales and the ability to communicate complex value propositions with clarity.
