What you’ll be doing:
* Picking and selecting the best quality products on the shop floor that online customers have ordered, ready for delivery to their doorsteps – or providing excellent substitutions when products are out of stock.
* Using a handset that plans your route around the store, indicating what you need to select and how long you have to complete each shop.
* Handling customer queries, processing orders, and assisting with loading vans for our Home Delivery Drivers.
* Providing outstanding customer service, supporting customers with questions, and proactively offering assistance.
* Building extensive knowledge about our products, services, and promotions to offer helpful recommendations.
* Working flexibly across the store as required.
