Join us as a Shop Manager and you'll lead and motivate your team to deliver fast and friendly service to our customers. We serve our customers across a number of different channels; in-shop, delivery, Click+Collect, and drive-thru. You'll be responsible for making sure customers have a brilliant experience when shopping with us - whether they order in store or online. While no two days will be the same, during a typical day at work you can expect to:
1. Lead the team to deliver excellent results and maintain high standards of the shop
2. Drive high performance through recruitment, training, development, and colleague engagement
3. Monitor wage controls, waste controls, and customer service standards
4. Get involved in food preparation and serving customers
5. Ensure the shop is clean, well-stocked, and welcoming
If you have a track record as a Supervisor or Line Manager, extensive experience delivering excellent customer service, and have worked in a food-on-the-go environment or retail, this could be the role for you.
