Responsibilities
* Review and validate purchase orders against quotes, credit limits, and customer details
* Raise sales orders and purchase orders using SAP
* Place and track orders with vendors, ensuring all licences and documentation are receipted
* Liaise with Finance to support smooth and accurate invoicing
* Resolve or escalate order queries to minimise delays
* Keep Salesforce records accurate and up to date
* Support the wider team during busy periods
* This role is key to ensuring orders are right first time and delivered in line with SLAs.
Skills required
* Strong attention to detail, quick and numerical accuracy
* Confident Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
* Clear communicator with internal and external stakeholders
* Comfortable working to KPIs and SLAs in a fast-paced environment
* Organised, proactive, and a strong team player
Desirable
* Previous admin or data entry experience
* SAP and/or Salesforce experience
* A-levels or equivalent
