What you will do:
* Lead and manage the Children’s Single Point of Access Team to ensure high-quality service delivery
* Oversee the team’s workload, ensuring efficient and effective case management
* Provide guidance and support to team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
* Liaise with various stakeholders including social services, health, and education sectors
* Implement policies and practices in line with statutory requirements and organisational objectives
* Monitor and evaluate team performance to identify areas of improvement
* Ensure MASH experience is utilised effectively, ideally at TM level, although ATM experienced candidates could be considered for the TM role, and Senior Practitioners might be viable for the ATM role
