The Opportunity This firm has a strong existing reputation in residential conveyancing and works closely with major national developers. They are now investing in the growth of their new build department and are seeking someone senior and commercially minded to take ownership of this exciting new venture. You will manage your own new build caseload while also heading up the department, shaping its future direction, developing processes, and playing a key role in its expansion. The Work The caseload will be varied and high-quality, including: Plot purchases First-time buyer new build transactions Part exchanges Buy-to-let new builds Fixed price developer schemes Help to Buy matters The firm has significant experience in this space and was an early leader in Help to Buy, completing a substantial proportion of the schemes first transactions in Wales. They fully understand the timescales and commercial realities of working with developers and new build clients.
