The Role As Deputy Manager, you will support the General Manager in the day-to-day running of the restaurant, helping to deliver exceptional service, drive performance, and maintain high operational standards. You will play a key role in leading the team, supporting commercial performance, and ensuring guests enjoy a consistently great dining experience.
