In this varied role, you will support managers and teams with expert guidance, promote a strong safety culture through established policies, and ensure compliance with HSE regulations. Your responsibilities include carrying out site assessments, investigating incidents, maintaining safety records, and driving continuous improvement across all locations.
This hybrid role is home-based with extensive travel across the North of England and Scotland to our retail sites. A company car or car allowance will be provided to support travel.
We highly value professional growth. Holding or actively working towards an IOSH certification (or equivalent) is highly desirable.
