As a Specsavers ambassador, you'll be the first point of contact for our business-to-business customers, delivering a professional and effortless experience. You'll support our store colleagues with queries related to corporate eyecare services. Your role will involve managing emails, processing payments, handling administrative tasks, and providing excellent customer service. You will also act as front-line support for our Specsavers store colleagues with queries related to the delivery of the corporate eyecare service in store. With a new internal system launching in June, it's an exciting time to join and learn!
We're looking for someone with experience in customer service or a similar role, who can bring excellent communication skills and a confident, professional phone manner to the team. You should be comfortable using Microsoft Office and have great listening skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team. You'll need to be confident managing your own workload and diary, making decisions when needed, and seeing query through to a full resolution. Strong relationship building skills are key, as you'll be working closely with both clients an internal stakeholder.We're also keen to hear how you've demonstrated Specsavers values and behaviours in your previous roles.
