Hobson Prior is seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist to support the quality management processes within our organization. You will work closely with the quality team to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations, while promoting a culture of quality. This role involves assisting in audits, managing documentation, and supporting training programs.

Responsibilities:
* Help maintain and improve the quality management system.
* Ensure compliance with legal and industry standards.
* Assist in preparing for and conducting audits.
* Manage and organize quality-related documents.
* Investigate and report on incidents and customer feedback.
* Support product recall operations.
* Monitor storage and transport conditions for products.
* Participate in supplier and client quality assessments.
* Prepare reports and participate in quality meetings.
Key Skills and Requirements:
* Strong organizational and communication skills.
* Ability to work well under pressure and show initiative.
* Good understanding of quality standards and regulations.
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and willing to learn new systems.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality when necessary.
