A large and fastestgrowing Landscape Service Providers is looking to recruit anAssistant Operations Manager due to an increase in both volume ofwork and scope of new business within the Housebuilder sectoracross the South East.
The AssistantOperations Manager will support the Operations Manager bysupervising the operational teams and their projects working toensure that all installation projects are completed tospecification finished on time and match agreed qualitystandards.

Asthe Assistant Operations Manager you will be responsiblefor:
* Ensuringthe Landscaping teams are leaving the Depot on time know where theyare going what they are doing and have everything they need to beable to efficiently complete their assigned projects to therequired time frames and qualitystandards.
* Ensuringsubcontracted teams are on site completing work efficiently and tothe required quality standards and timeframes.
* Trainingand developing Teams to ensure career progression forthem.
* Workingwith Clients Internal Teams and Colleagues to resolve any queriesor site staff or workrelatedissues.
* EnsuringHealth & Safetycompliance.
* Checkingvans.
* EnsuringTeams are working to always meet safety and any sitespecificrequirements.
* Travellingextensively across the South East to sites to ensure work is beingcompleted correctly meeting with Site Managers and Clientsresolving any concerns or issues and actively promoting theadditional services that the company canoffer.
Requirements
Tobe considered as the Assistant Operations Manager you will need todemonstrate that youhave:
* Aminimum of two years experience leading or supervising landscapingteams.
* Theability to organise several teams across multipleprojects.
* Stronginterpersonal and communicationskills.
* GoodIT skills with experience of using Excel Word Outlook and other MSOfficeApplications.
