Services Co-ordinator - Care at Home
Dundee & Angus & Aberdeenshire
28 hours per week
£23,936 - £26,495 per annum pro rata
This role aligns with the salary scales and job profiles of Crossroads Caring Scotland, which has recently become part of Enable.
Enable is a dynamic and vibrant organisation devoted to improving the lives of people with support needs. We are looking for a motivated and driven Services Co-ordinator to join us in ensuring they have the same opportunities as everyone else.
Working closely with the Services Manager, the Services Co-ordinator will assist with the day-to-day co-ordination of the service, in accordance with service specifications and all legal requirements. The Services Co-ordinator will support the Services Manager by ensuring the quality of service provision meets the needs of those receiving services.
This role is pivotal to our success and to assisting Adults and Children with support needs to live the lives of their choosing; lives that are full, meaningful, and inclusive.
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team and require a Services Co-ordinator to join our Dundee & Angus & Aberdeenshire services to deliver high-quality services. The post holder will be based in our Dundee office.
The successful candidate will be required to participate in the service on-call rota.
About You
To be considered for this role, you will:
* Have experience of Supported Living Services and Care at Home.
* Have experience of supervising a team in a social care setting or similar setting.
* Have a commitment to the inclusion of people with support needs.
* Experience of delivering care, assessment, care planning, and review.
* Hold an SVQ Level 3 or the ability to work towards the relevant qualification required for your SSSC registration.
* Have a full driving license with access to your own vehicle for business use.
