Customer Service Advisor (6-Month Contract) Location: Brighton (Hybrid after training) Start Date: 12th January Salary: £24,800 per annum pro rata Monday - Friday 9am -5.30pm We are currently recruiting for friendly, confident Customer Service Advisors to join the Brighton team on a 6-month contract, with the potential to go permanent. About the Role 2-week office-based training, then hybrid working Handle customer enquiries by phone, email, and chat Give clear information on products and update customer records Provide great service and resolve queries efficiently What You Need Customer service experience (contact centre, retail, hospitality, etc.) Excellent communication and listening skills Good IT skills and the ability to use multiple systems Positive attitude, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability What's on Offer Supportive team and strong training Flexible hybrid working after training (up to 3 days from home option) Chance for the role to become permanent If you're customer-focused and ready to start on 12th January, we'd love to hear from you.
