Overview
Travel Republic and Netflights are 2 of the B2C brands in the dnata Travel Group family, owned by the Emirates Group. We're now recruiting an experienced Product Manager who has a passion for product with the desire to create great ones for our customers across both brands. This role is dedicated to the continuous improvement and strategic development of our brand websites, with a direct impact on business performance and customer satisfaction. In this role you'll define and own the product roadmap, with a core focus on optimising our website funnels from discovery through to booking. Managing the full product lifecycle, you'll work closely with stakeholders from across the business, being the crucial bridge between the business and technology. You'll have the technical understanding to collaborate effectively with IT teams and translate commercial needs into clear product requirements. Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2C product management, preferably within the travel sector. This role is covering a period of maternity leave for 18 months and can be based in either Leyland (Lancashire) or Kingston-upon-Thames (Surrey). Dependent on location some travel may be needed between offices (once per month). We offer hybrid working with 3 days in the office each week and 2 days remotely.
Responsibilities
* Define and own the product roadmap for brand websites, focusing on optimising funnels from discovery to booking.
* Manage the full product lifecycle and collaborate with stakeholders across the business and IT teams.
* Translate commercial needs into clear product requirements and act as a bridge between business and technology.
Qualifications
* Demonstrable Product Manager experience, preferably in online travel and/or e-commerce.
* Curiosity to understand customers and reflect their needs in the product roadmap.
* Ability to prioritise and make trade-off decisions with stakeholders.
* Results- and commercial-focused mindset; data-driven approach.
* Understanding of agile methodologies (Scrum, SAFe) is beneficial.
* Collaborative, engaging communication style and ability to work with stakeholders across locations.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; strategic thinking for short- and long-term objectives.
* Strong work ethic and commitment to continuous improvement.
