Hays is partnering with a leading global organisation who are looking for interim support, responsible for supporting the effective financial and operational management of thepany’s international property portfolio.This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with numbers, managing invoices, and ensuring financial accuracy across a busy real estate environment.
Your new role
As the Finance Administrator, you will play a central role in the financial management of thepany’s properties.
Day to day, you will:
1. Process all iing invoices related to rent, service charges, business rates, insurance and utilities, ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
2. Review and validate landlord service charge reconciliations and update internal financial tracking spreadsheets.
3. Manage all business water invoices, working through relevant billing portals and liaising closely with the Accounts team.
4. Carry out monthly Total Facilities Management (TFM) spend analysis, supporting cost control and highlighting financial variances.
5. Raise ad‑hoc purchase orders and ensurepliance with financial approvals and procurement processes.
What you'll need to succeed
The successful applicant will have the following attributes and be available for an immediate start:
6. Strong financial awareness and experience handling property‑related invoices or lease documentation.
7. Confident working with numbers andfortable analysing spend and cost data.
8. Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups, reconciliations).
9. Highly organised, proactive and able to manage multiple financial deadlines.
10. Excellentmunication skills and the ability to liaise effectively with landlords, suppliers and internal finance teams.
