Position Overview
We are seeking an enthusiastic, confident and knowledgeable Travel Consultant to join our dynamic team in Chelmsford. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, possesses strong destination knowledge, and enjoys curating personalised itineraries that align with our ethos of responsible tourism.
Key Responsibilities
· Advise clients on destinations, itineraries, travel logistics, and experiences.
· Create customised travel packages that reflect each client’s preferences and budget.
· Manage bookings, reservations, and travel documentation efficiently.
· Maintain excellent relationships with suppliers and partners worldwide.
· Provide outstanding post-booking support and ensure customer satisfaction.
· Stay up to date with the latest travel trends, visa requirements, FCDO advice, and sustainability practices.
Qualifications & Skills
· Proven experience as a Travel Consultant or in a related travel industry role.
· Excellent communication and customer service skills.
· Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general travel software.
· Knowledge of sustainable tourism practices is highly desirable.
· A genuine passion for travel and cultural exploration.
