Property Litigation Solicitor - Lake District - £Neg salary
This established Legal 500-ranked team is recognised for its expertise in resolving complex land and property disputes, acting on behalf of developers, landowners, commercial landlords and tenants, and private clients.
The team’s work spans across sectors and includes advising on rights of way, restrictive covenants, landlord and tenant issues, and commercial property disputes.
This is an excellent opportunity for a solicitor to join a growing, client-focused firm. The role will involve managing a varied caseload of real estate litigation matters, with a focus on commercial landlord and tenant disputes, boundary and access issues, and strategic dispute resolution.
The position offers a strong degree of autonomy, alongside support and collaboration within a wider dispute resolution team. High-profile matters and early client contact are part of the offering.
The Candidate
* Property Litigation Solicitor with 5+ years' post-qualification experience or equivalent
* Experience and interest in agriculture would be ideal
* Commercially aware with enthusiasm for business development
* Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
* Excellent organisation and time-management skills
