Reports to a part-time Finance Director.
What you'll need to succeed
You should be a qualified, part-qualified, or AAT professional with recent and proven SME accounts experience. Responsibilities include overseeing bookkeeping, producing management accounts, and supporting a Finance Director with annual, statutory, and year-end routines. Experience with payroll and Sage is required. HR knowledge/skills would be highly desirable. This role is ideal for someone seeking professional development under an experienced Finance Director or for those with a broad skill set looking for a varied 'number two' role under a part-time Director. The candidate must reside within a close commute of Lincolnshire, as the role is office-based and full-time.
