Together, youll bring our vision to life, designing and delivering impactful programmes that support meaningful, lasting change. As an Organisational Development Specialist (Leadership & Learning), youll work in close partnership with the Organisational Development team and the wider People and Change team, youll play a key part in implementing the Culture Action Plan and ensuring our leaders, teams, and services are well-prepared for change. Lead the delivery of key programmes within the Culture Action Plan, including leadership development, team effectiveness, and inclusion-focused initiatives. Collaborate with HR, communications, customer Inclusion and change teams to ensure consistent messaging and a joined-up approach to organisational development. Engage with colleagues and managers across the organisation to gather feedback, build trust, and foster a sense of ownership in change initiatives. Promote open, two-way communication to ensure OD plans are inclusive, well-informed, and supported at all levels. Support the creation of people frameworks, such as leadership behaviours, career progression pathways, and team charters. Evaluate the impact of OD activities using data, feedback, and insight to continuously improve our approach and outcomes. Represent the OD function at internal forums and meetings, championing a culture of learning, growth, and continuous improvement. Oversee the use of the Apprenticeship Levy, ensuring it is maximised through relevant vocational training opportunities. Manage the corporate training budget effectively, ensuring value for money and alignment with organisational priorities. This is what youll need to thrive in this role A sound understanding of adult learning principles and a variety of development approaches, ranging from coaching and facilitating workshops to digital learning solutions. Demonstratable experience in facilitating engaging sessions, with a key focus on the learning experience and positive outcomes Strong presentation skills that inspire and connect with diverse audiences. A collaborative, people-focused mindset with a genuine passion for helping others grow and succeed. Experience with learning platforms (LMS) Knowledge of different evaluation methods and a keen eye for evaluating the impact of training initiatives.
