Motor Claims Handler - Third Party

Location: Bolton
Hours: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm (35 hours), with flexible working patterns available
Salary: From £24,150 to £35,000 depending on experience

You'll be joining an established, growing insurance team dealing with a busy portfolio of vehicle damage and property damage claims. The role offers genuine progression, full support with industry qualifications, and a workplace that rewards effort and initiative.
What You'll Be Doing: Motor Claims Handler - Third Party
* Managing a varied portfolio of Third Party Vehicle Damage and Property Damage claims
* Prioritising your own workload in a fast-paced environment
* Carrying out investigations to establish liability, collaborating with internal teams
* Handling more complex files such as high-value or liability disputes
* Liaising with solicitors, insurers, and accident management companies
* Identifying and escalating any potential fraudulent activity
* Delivering excellent service to customers, suppliers, and all involved parties
What You'll Need: Motor Claims Handler - Third Party
* Strong customer service and communication skills
* Solid computer literacy
* Great attention to detail and confident decision-making
* Ability to build rapport and listen actively
* At least 2 years motor claims experience to reach the top of the salary bracket
* CII Certificate (or willingness to study towards it fully supported)
* GCSEs (or equivalent) at Grade C/4 or above in English and Maths
