Solid Scent Co. is a bold and innovative fragrance brand redefining how people wear scent. We craft solid, sustainable, and travel-friendly fragrances designed for modern, on-the-go lifestyles. As we expand across digital platforms, we’re looking for a creative and proactive Content & Influencer Executive to bring our brand to life online and build meaningful influencer relationships
Key Responsibilities
Assist in developing and executing content calendars across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and other platforms.
Plan and produce short-form video content (Reels, TikToks), including scripting, basic filming, and editing with support from the team.
Collaborate with our in-house graphic designer on visuals for carousels, stories, and branded campaigns.
Research, identify and liaise with micro- and mid-tier influencers aligned with our values.
Coordinate influencer gifting and assist with campaign reporting and tracking.
Monitor social media trends and translate them into engaging, on-brand ideas.
Work closely with the digital exec and web team to align organic content with paid and onsite campaigns.
Support in reporting and analysing content performance using native platform analytics and insights tools.
What We’re Looking For
~1–2 years’ experience in content creation or influencer marketing (agency, freelance or in-house).
~ Demonstrable understanding of TikTok and Instagram content trends, with examples or a portfolio.
~ Creative copywriting and visual storytelling ability.
~ Enthusiastic, organised and a self-starter.
~ Passion for beauty, fragrance or lifestyle industries.
~ Familiarity with Canva, CapCut or similar tools is a plus.

~ From £25,000 salary (dependent on experience)
