We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead the relaunch of a 129-bedroom upper-scale lifestyle hotel in the Oxfordshire/Cotswolds area.
This is a rare opportunity to front the UK debut of an international lifestyle hotel brand, shaping the team, culture and guest experience from the ground up. The hotel will be neighbourhood-led, locally connected and full of personality, with a strong restaurant offer and a clear focus on creating a distinctive experience for both guests and the team alike.
The successful candidate will bring proven hotel leadership experience, preferably with opening, relaunch or rebranding exposure, and the confidence to build a high-performing team around a new brand proposition. Beyond the day-to-day, this is a role with real creative and commercial weight. The person who steps into it will leave a lasting impression on how this brand is experienced in the UK for years to come.
The role is supported by InnPractice, a high-performance hospitality partner whose senior leadership team brings extensive experience across global hotel brands, operators, asset management and hospitality advisory.
